Animators continue to work in these areas, but increasingly, many are employed creating animated graphics for a variety of projects.

Web design: Web design is the skill of creating presentations of content (usually hypertext or hypermedia) that is delivered to an end-user through the World Wide Web, by way of a Web browser or other Web-enabled software like Internet television clients, microblogging clients and RSS readers.

Whai it involves: To be accessible, web pages and sites must conform to certain accessibility principles. These accessibility principles are known as the WCAG when talking about content. These can be grouped into the following main areas.[1]
Use semantic markup that provides a meaningful structure to the document (i.e. web page)
Semantic markup also refers to semantically organizing the web page structure and publishing web services description accordingly so that they can be recognized by other web services on different web pages. Standards for semantic web are set by
IEEE
Use a valid
markup language that conforms to a published DTD or Schema
Provide text equivalents for any non-text components (e.g. images, multimedia)
Use
hyperlinks that make sense when read out of context. (e.g. avoid "Click Here.")
Don't use
frames
Use
CSS rather than HTML tables for layout.
Author the page so that when the source code is read line-by-line by
user agents (such as a screen readers) it remains intelligible. (Using tables for design will often result in information that is not.

Qualifications needed: First of all, to become a web designer one of the pre-requisite qualifications in the UK is to be higher educated. This means a minimum of a Higher National diploma (HND) in a computer or media related subject or better still, a degree from a red-brick university. I personally hold a first class honours degree (BSc) in computer science from the University of Sunderland, which I am certain allowed to get me a foot in the door of one of the leading web design companies in the Yorkshire area. Studying for such qualifications allows you to develop an awareness of the industry and allows a lot of time for self learning of software skills and web design techniques, which are critical for a career as a web designer.

Sources of information: Earlier there were many technical constraints in web designing. For example, a graphic designer knows the size of the paper that will be used for printing. But a web designer has to think of different monitor sizes, different display settings and even browsers that are meant for non sighted users. But with all the technological progress that has been made in the past few years, there are limitless possibilities to web designing now. So you if are interested in web designing, you should join a web designing training course.

JOB TITLE. Digital Photography

  1. Description of what someone with this tob title is generally involved in (where appropriate you should collect a typical job description
  2. Description of where in the development and production process a person with each of these job tiles is usally most involved
  3. Description how someone with this job title may have begun working in the industry and what qualifications he/she needed
  4. Description of how someone with this job title can progress within the industry and what qualications may be required
  5. Provided your sources of information
Photography Job description: A photographer produces images that communicate a specific message to the viewer. There is no such thing as a general 'photographer'; most professional photographers specialise in one area, e.g. fine art, fashion, advertising, editorial or social photography. Around half of all professional photographers are self-employed; the remainder work for a wide range of employers, including creative businesses, publishers, photography agencies, or in the education or public sector.
What it involves:
  • seeking out appropriate photographic subjects and opportunities;
  • carrying out research and preparation for a shoot;
  • working in different locations, and in different circumstances, to get the right image;
  • using an extensive range of technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and IT software;
  • communicating with their subjects: putting them at ease, encouraging them and directing them;
  • arranging still life objects, products, scenes, props and backgrounds;
Qualifications needed: It is possible to become a press photographer without a degree/HND or foundation degree and with no formal qualifications in photography. However, if you are undecided as to your direction, taking a course will give you the chance to develop your own creative style while exploring different aspects of photography.

Sources of information: A fashion photographer takes photos of the latest clothes, accessories, hairstyles and make-up. Fashion photography is seen as one of the most glamorous areas of photography and is undoubtedly one of the most competitive. Exotic locations, foreign travel, and the chance to mingle with celebrity culture are important parts of its appeal, although the role also involves working long hours, often in uncomfortable conditions.
